An airport is a place where planes take off and land. Travelers get on and off planes, freight and different goods are stacked and dumped at airport. The Terminal

Some of the larger airports have only one terminal that is connected to multiple concourses via walkways, sky-bridges, or tunnels.
The Control Tower
The control tower is the tallest and window structured building at airport from where airport traffic control. Air controllers use many technology like radar, radio, signal lights and other electronic equipment to guide airplanes when they take off and land at airport and also responsible for efficient movement of aircraft and vehicles operates on taxiways and runways. They guide and instruct the pilots fort each and every step from landing to take off.
Runway
Runway means where all airplanes take off and land. They may look lies ordinary roads but they are made of a very special material so that they won’t crack even heaviest plan land. Big airplanes need long runways to take off and land which can go upto up to 4 or 5 km in length . Snowploughs and different machines that spread salt keep runway snow- and ice-free in winter season. Runway equipped with different colour signal lights so that pilots can see them at night and when visibility is low.
Hangars
Hangars are small buildings at airport in which airplanes are kept for maintenace activity. Most of the airlines have their owned hangars, in which they park many jets at the same time for maintenance work. Most of the hangars are built very far from terminals building and runways so that they do not disturb the airport traffic.
